Mike’s career started early, helping out in his family’s country pub, where a simple meat raffle poster sparked an interest in how ideas can bring people together and drive action.
 

Today, Mike is a senior leader with 20 years experience across government, sport and for-purpose organisations in Sydney, London and Newcastle.

He works across strategy, engagement and performance, helping organisations get clear on what matters, align their teams, and deliver outcomes that make a difference to the communities they serve. His work recently earned him the 2025 Brand Revitalisation Award at the Australian Marketing Institute Awards.

Mike recently finished studying at RMIT, exploring how artificial intelligence can support better decision-making and improve how organisations plan and deliver their work.
 

At his core, Mike is focused on helping organisations work better,  connecting people, simplifying complexity and delivering outcomes that matter.
 

Outside work, you’ll find Mike running, gardening, or hanging with his partner Sarah, son Morris, cats Burrito and Taco, and dog Kuma in Newcastle.
